Job Summary

As a Technical Support Specialist - Cashier Systems Expert, you will play a key role in providing technical consulting to our store business lines and colleagues at HQ abroad. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions for our business lines, coordinating existing incidents, and initiating root cause analyses. Additionally, you will monitor and ensure compliance with OLAs and SLAs, and oversee the rollout of software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consulting for our store business lines and colleagues at HQ abroad
  • Develop innovative solutions for our business lines
  • Coordinate existing incidents and initiate root cause analyses
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with OLAs and SLAs
  • Oversee the rollout of software applications

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of pertinent job experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Expertise in designing cashier systems for enterprise environments (10,000+ systems)
  • Profound knowledge of Windows LTSC and Microsoft Endpoint Management (SCCM)
  • Certification in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) preferred
  • English: B2
