We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Service Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10+ direct reports and collaborating with stakeholders from various countries to achieve our goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a service administration team and ensure high-quality and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and develop team members, including setting goals, measuring, and documenting performance.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality, and take improvement actions as needed.
  • Ensure a right backup structure, create, and maintain up-to-date documentation for all processes assigned to the team.
  • Ensure even distribution of work within the team, with clear guidelines and well-trained team members.
  • Prepare high-quality reports on workload and operational problems, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
  • Support and contribute to ongoing improvement of internal procedures and methods of work.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (leading a team).
  • Fluency in English - C1 level.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and ensure high performance.
  • Quick perception and attention to detail.
  • High customer orientation and focus on service quality.
  • Experience in an international work environment, preferably in SSC/BPO organizations, with back-office processes.
