Unilever Brazil is currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager

About the Role:

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for taking charge of assigned projects and processes related to IoPS, VC, AI, and e-RTM. This individual will develop modern IT solutions that support the sales team, providing a competitive edge, increasing efficiency, and reducing complexity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects related to digital transformation in sales
  • Oversee business aspects of assigned projects
  • Collaborate with IT solution providers and stakeholders
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor user behavior, understand their needs, and proactively create solutions
  • Conduct business and technical analysis, and develop new solution concepts
  • Prepare and update project schedules
  • Coordinate testing of implemented projects
  • Ensure timely and quality completion and reporting of tasks
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince 2, Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
  • Experience leading a software development or enhancement team
  • Excellent analytical skills to break down complex business processes
  • Prioritization, planning, and task execution skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Creativity and dedication to tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Presentation skills
