Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Actively acquiring new customers in Polish and international markets
  • Taking direct responsibility for creating a profitable book of clients
  • Promoting and selling business solutions based on Salesforce products
  • Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the client's requests
  • Cooperating with the Marketing Department to organize business events
  • Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
