Customer Experience Resolution Specialist

The role involves providing professional customer service and support, ensuring timely resolutions to client inquiries. The candidate should possess advanced English language skills, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients in resolving their technical issues
- Managing service requests and reporting results to superiors
- Suggesting and implementing solutions to enhance the overall customer experience
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions and services provided
- Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process optimization
A successful applicant will have prior experience in helpdesk or customer service roles, along with excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems is also essential.
