About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Process Analyst to join our team in Customer Support Process Design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end processes across various teams, anticipating future needs, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient customer support processes, ensuring seamless interactions across teams.
  • Analyze customer journey maps, identifying areas for improvement and proposing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate requirements and challenges, providing expert input on process design.
  • Develop and propose improvement ideas, utilizing data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Lead process improvement efforts of moderate scope, focusing on specific deliverables under guidance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, management).
  • Proven years of experience in areas such as business analysis, business improvement, quality assurance, process improvement, or customer service design.
  • Experience working in customer support or contact centers, preferably in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering solutions to challenges.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is preferred.
