We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Specialist CEE to join our team in TN Poland. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, be fluent in English and Polish or Czech, possess good communication and organization skills, and be commercially aware. They should be able to influence others and be results-oriented. As a successful candidate, you will be customer-focused, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be willing to learn. A good team player with good interpersonal skills is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and develop channel partners in the designated territory.
- Monitor and support the offer preparation process.
- Contribute to the development and execution of channel partner plans.
- Represent Ishida along with channel partners during exhibitions and events.
- Develop territory coverage to increase penetration for Ishida products and aftersales.
- Ensure compliance with key processes and governance.
- Manage relations with Key Accounts and other potential direct businesses.
- Contribute to business periodic reporting and planning cycles.
- Collaborate with local sales teams.
