Sales Channel Manager CEE

The role of the Channel Sales Specialist CEE is to drive growth in assigned territories within the Central & Eastern Europe region. This involves effective channel management and market development towards delivering an annual orders plan through distributors, agents, and other indirect channels. Direct customer relations will also be maintained for opportunities, sales processes, and relationships that fall outside of the channel partners' scope of supply.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support and develop our channel partners on a day-to-day basis, including communication with channel partners and interfacing with internal functions to drive high levels of satisfaction and performance.
- Monitor and support the offer preparation process from solutions, technical, and commercial angles.
- Contribute to the development and execution of channel partner plans in the territory.
- Represent Ishida along with channel partners during local events.
- Develop territory coverage with the aim to increase penetration for Ishida products and aftersales.
- Ensure compliance with key processes and governance.
- Manage relations with Key Accounts and other potential direct businesses in the territory, supporting the offer preparation process.
- Contribute to business periodic reporting and planning cycles, including order forecasting, market insight, performance, corrective actions, and dependencies.
- Engage with Product Sales and Product Management to facilitate brand-specific activities associated with market insight, product launches, campaigns, training, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure alignment with direct sales tactical activities and minimize channel conflicts.
