In this quota-carrying, revenue-producing role, you will build and maintain productive and profitable relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets.
About the JobThe Senior Channel Account Manager is responsible for analyzing territories, identifying coverage gaps, and recruiting new partners. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business models, and prepare business cases to incentivize investment.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze assigned territory to identify coverage gaps and opportunities
- Selectively recruit new high-potential partners with management support
- Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders
- Understand partner business models and prepare business cases
- Set sales targets and key result areas for partners
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans
- Coordinate onboarding and enablement processes
- Leverage distribution program and other initiatives in support of partners
- 5+ years of experience in Channel, Indirect Sales, or Sales
- Knowledge of the local market, industries, stakeholders, customers, and partners in Poland and potentially other countries in the region
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability
