About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Łódź. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Specialists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Motivating team members to achieve their full potential and recognizing individual achievements.
  • Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience through efficient order processing in the SAP system.
  • Resolving customer complaints and handling escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • University degree or proven track record in customer-centric work with a minimum of 2 years in people management.
  • Fluency in English and one additional language: Dutch, German, or French.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferably.
  • Ability to solve ad-hoc problems and excellent communication skills.
  • Customer orientation and strong analytical skills.
