About the Role
  • This role will involve developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive sales growth and improve margins through effective up-selling and cross-selling.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring long-term partnerships with key OEM customers.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Develop and implement long-term strategic partnerships with top OEM clients.
  2. Drive sales growth and improve margins through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  3. Initiate and manage collaborative projects with clients, focusing on creating value for end users.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of customer-specific solutions.
  5. Prepare and deliver training sessions for clients, and actively participate in industry events.

Requirements

  • Higher education in sales and/or marketing. Additional technical education is a plus.
  • Experience in sales of technical goods, solutions, or components for OEMs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Strong track record in commercial negotiations and selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing innovative solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; native proficiency in Polish.
  • Category B driving license.
