Job Overview

METZ Electronics S.r.l. is looking for a talented Client Relationship Manager to join our sales and marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for account growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders.


Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
