We are seeking an experienced Lead Customer Support Professional to join our team.

Salary

The salary for this position will be based on your expertise and market benchmarks, with an estimated annual salary of €60,000 - €80,000.

Job Description

As a Lead Customer Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a growing team of customer support specialists. Your duties will include overseeing customer support operations, ensuring prompt and professional assistance via email, live chat, and social media channels.

You will also develop and document efficient workflows and processes to optimize team performance, handle escalated cases, and ensure resolutions meet quality standards.

In addition, you will track and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, collaborate with other departments to provide insights on player needs and issues, and stay informed about platform updates and trends in gaming, blockchain, and NFTs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3–5 years of customer service experience in gaming or gambling with a proven track record in team leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and manage a distributed team while fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
