Job Description
Sell Remato's construction management software to construction companies. Prospect and contact potential new customers. Schedule and conduct demos (online or on-site). Onboard new clients and provide after-sales support. Grow and maintain your own client portfolio. Use CRM tools to track leads, deals, and follow-ups. Stay informed about Remato's latest product features and updates. Demonstrate basic proficiency in Word and Excel for reports and proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally with a background in construction or working with construction companies. Strong communication skills and an ability to listen effectively. A valid Category B driving license is required, and fluency in both Polish and English is a must. Familiarity with basic CRM tools and a working knowledge of Word and Excel for creating reports and proposals are important.
