Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Expert to join our Technical Support Operations team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of this team, you will provide second-line user support for various devices and troubleshoot technical issues using your analytical skills.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical expertise and work with a variety of radio communications technologies, including TETRA and LTE. You will have access to a physical lab equipped with different types of devices, allowing you to replicate and solve technical challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide second-line user support to customers worldwide
  • Characterize, replicate, and solve technical issues using Kepner-Tregoe problem-solving methodology
  • Collaborate with product and engineering groups to resolve complex customer issues
  • Analyze customer queries and decide on channels to use for communication
  • Work with various verticals, including governmental and commercial spaces
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand system architecture
  • Project management experience with multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Intermediate-level certification and experience in radio communications/telecommunications (TETRA, LTE, Body Worn Cameras, DEMS, ITIL)
