Customer Support Expert with German Language Proficiency

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Expert to join our Technical Support Operations team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of this team, you will provide second-line user support for various devices and troubleshoot technical issues using your analytical skills.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical expertise and work with a variety of radio communications technologies, including TETRA and LTE. You will have access to a physical lab equipped with different types of devices, allowing you to replicate and solve technical challenges efficiently.
Responsibilities- Provide second-line user support to customers worldwide
- Characterize, replicate, and solve technical issues using Kepner-Tregoe problem-solving methodology
- Collaborate with product and engineering groups to resolve complex customer issues
- Analyze customer queries and decide on channels to use for communication
- Work with various verticals, including governmental and commercial spaces
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand system architecture
- Project management experience with multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Intermediate-level certification and experience in radio communications/telecommunications (TETRA, LTE, Body Worn Cameras, DEMS, ITIL)
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
- Yearly salary increase based on individual performance
