Job Description
At Antal, we're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. As a key account manager at an international company providing data for the insurance market, you will be responsible for expanding relationships with current customers by monitoring their usage and licensing requirements, identifying new business opportunities, and driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.

In this role, you will meet or surpass new business revenue goals by managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and securing meetings to responding to leads, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals. You will establish and maintain strong connections with enterprise clients, prioritizing existing partnerships, and representing the company professionally in all interactions.

We're looking for someone with a proven ability to grow revenue by delivering new business and retaining and growing existing business, ideally in international organisations. Previous experience and understanding of the Polish motor insurance market is vital. Additionally, you must have demonstrable track record of managing key national or international accounts and developing strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers at a senior/board level.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Polish and English, making it easier to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
