Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to champion our sales growth efforts across Europe.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your advanced sales expertise to forge enduring relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Primary duties

  1. Proactively seek out, develop, and close high-impact business opportunities across Europe and adjacent markets.
  2. Closely work with our Lead Generation team to identify and engage top-tier prospects.
  3. Swiftly evaluate and cultivate promising incoming leads.
  4. Expertly navigate complex sales cycles to achieve successful outcomes.
  5. Present to influential decision-makers within local government agencies.
  6. Continuously monitor and optimize your sales pipeline to maximize performance.
  7. Deliver exceptional client experiences through effective communication and project management.
  8. Develop compelling presentation materials, proposals, and information requests.
  9. Actively participate in marketing initiatives, including trade shows and conferences.
  10. Regular attendance at team meetings and collaboration with colleagues to drive results.
  11. Accurate tracking of your sales pipeline and seeking guidance as needed to ensure successful deal closures.
  12. Synergy with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
  13. Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor dynamics, and customer objectives to enhance Animotion's value proposition.
