Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a competitive base salary, yearly bonus, and a well-defined career path shaped to the individual's career focus and priorities. Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist for Global Infrastructure, you will be responsible for providing tier two support on customer requests, inquiries, and questions through email, phone, or live chat. You will troubleshoot, document, escalate, and manage trouble resolution in the best interest of the customer and company. Additionally, you may have involvement in escalation support at the tier 1 and 2 levels, handle complex issues and customers, and perform specialized functions such as billing support, portal onboarding, and GAM requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, or live chat
  • Troubleshoot, document, escalate, and manage trouble resolution
  • Have involvement in escalation support at the tier 1 and 2 levels
  • Handle complex issues and customers
  • Perform specialized functions such as billing support, portal onboarding, and GAM requests

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven years of experience in senior customer support or service role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
