About the Role:

HOMAG is looking for a skilled Commercial Order Management Expert to join our team. As a member of our Commercial Sales Support Team, you will be responsible for supporting our Senior Sales Managers in the acquisition phase and day-to-day operational Commercial Order Management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to Senior Sales Managers in the acquisition phase and day-to-day operational Commercial Order Management.
  2. Work closely with the Commercial Sales Support Team in the German legal units.
  3. Develop and implement efficient processes for internal support requests and timely feedback.
  4. Use Camos Configurator and Order tools to configure offers of standard machines technically and commercially.
  5. Compile and send offers to customers, including technical data, brochures, etc.
  6. Verify contracts and collaborate with Contract Manager to ensure accurate calculation basis.
  7. Coordinate delivery time determinations, delivery date reservations with APS, and monitor run-out, escalating if necessary.
  8. Arrange customer visits to the plant and reference customers.

You Will Need:

  • Completed technical or commercial training with at least 3 years of standard training or comparable university degree.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and structured work habits.
  • IT and sales affinity.
  • Previous experience in a German company is an advantage.
