Our client is a global company from the medical sector, and we are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and French/Italian.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls to the customer service phoneline
  • Addressing inquiries referencing scripted responses according to training
  • Documenting all calls according to customer service policy and procedures
  • Overseeing order fulfillment for all orders originating in EMEA
  • Providing inside sales support to field sales staff and members of the commercial teams when needed

You will be expected to provide professional customer service in accordance with the principles of GDPR and implementation of the company's mission in everyday work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in modern languages or another field related to the essential duties of the position
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the English language (min. C1 level)
  • Fluency in French or Italian languages (min. C1 level)
  • 3 years of customer service experience in a global company
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
  • Empathetic attitude, understanding of drivers of customer satisfaction, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations, superior technical communication skills
