We are looking for a candidate for the position of Customer Service Representative with German language skills.

Customer Service Specialist with GermanKey Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotes, track orders, manage backlogs, handle invoices, process returns, resolve discrepancies, and support the sales team and customers with any issues.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and procedures, including key performance metrics.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers by handling complaints and claims fairly and efficiently, following consumer protection laws.
  • Keep records up to date in both digital and paper formats as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position will be an asset.
  • Fluency in German (min. B2) and a good level of English.
  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in computer use, email communication, and phone etiquette.
  • Problem-solving and high interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
