Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with German. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotes, tracking orders, managing backlogs, handling invoices, processing returns, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the sales team and customers with any issues.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to look for ways to improve processes and procedures, including key performance metrics, maintain good relationships with customers by handling complaints and claims fairly and efficiently, following consumer protection laws, and keep records up-to-date in both digital and paper formats as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have fluency in German (min. B2) and a good level of English, high school diploma or equivalent qualification, proficiency in computer use, email communication, and phone etiquette, problem-solving, and high interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
