About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operations Team as a Junior Specialist in Customer Support. As a Customer Support Operations Expert, you will be responsible for assisting customers at every stage of our claim-handling process, assessing claims, answering queries, and communicating in a timely, friendly manner via email, chat, and social media channels.

You will also utilize your legal knowledge to advise and assist air travelers. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian (B2 level), both spoken and written. Experience working with targets is desirable, but not essential. You should also have a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn about the airline industry and customer service, and a passion for helping people.

You will work in a shift system (24/7/365) and may be required to work morning, evening, or night shifts. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, as is the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
