Your Role

  • You will work closely with clients to receive and analyze briefing requests, ensuring timely project execution.
  • Develop project timing plans and estimates to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guide clients and manage project-related issues.
  • Solicit client feedback and communicate potential areas of improvement to management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • We offer a hybrid remote work model.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of video, digital, and print production processes.
  • Experience in web and/or content publishing processes is a plus.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • People skills to build trust with clients and internal/external teams.
  • Ability to adapt work style to meet diverse client needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to navigate organizational challenges.
  • Balancing creative quality and financial responsibility.
  • Conflict resolution through diplomacy, empathy, and understanding.
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken) is a must; multilingualism is a plus.
