This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Excellence team in Western Europe, specifically in Poland. As a Senior Incentive Analyst, you will be part of an 8-person team responsible for the process and calculations of sales organization's Incentives in the region.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical individual with excellent soft skills to collaborate with senior regional partners from the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing the Target Setting Process – working with Western European countries to support territory design within a defined timeframe
- Collaborating with identified BU representatives nominated by VP to support and define the right Incentive strategy
- Implementing and owning the operational calculation of Sales Incentives quarterly for Western Europe for a defined Business Unit
- Collaborating with FP&A for AOP and sign-off by Presidents
- Identifying the next-generation process for Incentives moving towards automation/centralization and standardization
- Working with local HR to collaborate with Work Council for SIP approval
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A University degree, Bachelor or Master, in any related field
- Well-developed presentation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical Skills combined with excellent technical skills in SQL and Tableau / MS Office Applications (VBA, Excel, Power-pivot, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Incentives is a plus
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus

Baxter offers a competitive salary range of approximately €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
- Probation period of 3 months and then for an indefinite period
