Swarovski invites applications for a English Speaking Customer Service Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, guiding customers through product selections, promotions, and order details.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries within our company's KPIs
  • Resolving queries and complaints by understanding customer needs, identifying root causes, selecting appropriate solutions, and ensuring full resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate data and ensuring seamless operations and impeccable service delivery
  • Contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives by delivering ideas and driving standardization, efficiency, and quality improvement projects

We seek a highly skilled individual with the following attributes:

  • Fluency in English speaking and writing (minimum C1 level)
  • Intermediate proficiency in speaking and writing in either French or German is advantageous (minimum B1 level)
  • A fast learner with strong customer service focus
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
  • Strong cultural awareness
  • Experience in handling SAP and/or Service Management Tools - nice to have
  • A comprehensive understanding of local cultures - nice to have
  • Work experience in a virtual, multi-national set up - nice to have
  • Knowledge of eCommerce business - nice to have
