Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Poznan, Poland. As a key member of our Consumer Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to consumers who use our products.
Your primary focus will be on responding to consumer inquiries and resolving issues related to pre-sales and after-sales service. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information is communicated to consumers, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to consumer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, phone, social media, reviews portal, e-commerce) in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Create and maintain accurate consumer information and case management to facilitate effective issue resolution.
- Utilize knowledge of products to provide accurate information to consumers.
- Seek solutions for unusual queries or requests, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Document relevant information in designated systems (CRM/Consumer Relationship Management, SAP, etc.) to support inquiry or complaint resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluent Spanish (C1/B2) and English (C1/B2) language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with consumers.
