About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Sales Growth Specialist. This senior, field-based position is responsible for driving revenue by managing and growing the partner network across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the industrial safety market. They will be able to work and converse to a high level in both Polish and English.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth through partners.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and internal teams.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to drive revenue growth.
  4. Provide training and support to new and existing partners to ensure their success.
