PREFAB Account Growth Specialist

TN Poland is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and a willingness to learn. As a PREFAB Account Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the PREFAB market.
About the Role:Our ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the OEM or prefabricated construction segments. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the prefabricated construction industry, supporting customers at various stages of the sales process, and visiting factories with sales potential.
Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets in key markets such as Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions;
- Support the development of customer-centric approaches to meet the needs of our clients;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the OEM or prefabricated construction segments;
- Technical education in construction, architecture, or related fields;
- High technical competence;
- Advanced English language skills - C1 level;
- Driving license category B;
- Residence near a major airport (no more than 2 hours from the airport);
