Are you ready to take on a new challenge and make a real impact? We're looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team at Glovo

What you'll do:

  • Establish strong relationships with our partners and drive business growth through proactive communication and engagement.
  • Own the end-to-end partner experience, from onboarding to revenue growth and retention.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions that drive business results.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase Glovo's visibility and revenue through commission renegotiations and monetization of our partners.
  • Be the main point of contact for our partners and ensure their needs are met.

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales and account management experience, preferably in FMCG or marketplace environments.
  • Strong commercial skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills, with a curious and empathetic attitude.
  • Polish proficiency and a good command of English.
