Job Title: Administrative Assistant in Equipment and Logistics Division

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Equipment and Logistics Division. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Plan and organize complex travel itineraries
  • Encode data in the Agency's systems and databases
  • Create and manage Excel and SharePoint databases
  • Support the reimbursement process and financial commitments
  • Verify correctness of submitted documentation and prepare financial documents
  • Assist in market research and contract implementation
  • Provide administrative support in general administrative procedures
  • Coordinate document flow and assist in archiving
  • Perform data entry and support electronic database administration
  • Assist in preparing statistical data and reports
  • Support project team in project management
Requirements:
  • Secondary education related to business needs
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in the specific area
  • Very good skills in MS Office software
  • Knowledge of databases and layout tools
  • Very good command of written and spoken English (B2 level)
