Business Development Manager for Ammonia-Based Refrigeration Solutions

Job Summary:
This role involves acquiring new clients and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. As a key member of our team, you will provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records, while also leading negotiations with win-win outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through strong relationships with investors, contractors, and designers.
- Sales Implementation: Execute sales plans, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates, maintaining CRM records and sharing market insights.
- Negotiation & Commercial Activities: Lead sales negotiations with win-win outcomes.
Requirements:
- Tech Degree: Hold a technical degree in industrial refrigeration.
- Sales Experience: Possess 3-5 years of sales experience in ammonia-based refrigeration.
- Market Knowledge: Have knowledge of the IREF market and products.
- Language: Be fluent in English.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Poland.
