Job Summary:

This role involves acquiring new clients and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. As a key member of our team, you will provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records, while also leading negotiations with win-win outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through strong relationships with investors, contractors, and designers.
  • Sales Implementation: Execute sales plans, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates, maintaining CRM records and sharing market insights.
  • Negotiation & Commercial Activities: Lead sales negotiations with win-win outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Tech Degree: Hold a technical degree in industrial refrigeration.
  • Sales Experience: Possess 3-5 years of sales experience in ammonia-based refrigeration.
  • Market Knowledge: Have knowledge of the IREF market and products.
  • Language: Be fluent in English.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within Poland.
