Job Description:We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist who excels at communicating with clients.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving technical issues efficiently, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our product.
You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring they understand how to maximize the benefits of Moniti.
Core Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer support through various communication channels.
- Assist clients during the onboarding process and provide training for effective use of the Moniti application.
- Quickly resolve technical issues and respond to client inquiries.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.
- Bld strong relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and retention.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level
- Previous experience with HubSpot and Notion
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues effectively
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Dependability and excellent organizational skills

- Eagerness to continuously develop your skills and support team members
