    • Responsible for the sales performance of designated AA products by engaging with customers and presenting commercial policies and seasonal offers.
    • Achieve quantitative objectives defined for the assigned geographic territory.
    • Develop sales strategies aligned with AA's overall strategic plan.
    • Leverage AA's portfolio to increase market share within the territory.
    • Develop and manage relationships with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Establish long-term customer relationships based on ethical principles.
    • Makes presentations and organizes group events for healthcare professionals.
    • Provides training and support about the proper use of AA products.
    • Identify new opportunities in the territory for further strategic synergies and target group development.
  • Planning:
    • Plans daily activities based on actual targeting to achieve assigned sales targets.
    • Maximize time spent with customers by correct monthly and daily call planning using CRM systems and reporting KPIs.
