We are looking for a talented Multilingual Customer Experience Expert to join our team at Herbalife International, Inc. As a Global Client Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing clear, concise information on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide clear, concise information on our products and services, addressing client queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, analyzing trends and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project roll-outs, gathering requirements and conducting user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

  • An outgoing and positive attitude.
  • A strong desire to make a positive contribution to the team, internal customers, and clients.
  • High ability to coach, educate & positively influence clients.
  • Fast learning with experience in change management.
  • Self-motivation and great organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Italian (native or C2 level).
  • Very good command of English (min B2).
  • PC literacy is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a customer service role is a big plus.
