Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in aviation industry
  • Fluent in English and Polish, additional languages are a plus
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the business
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and verifying specifications and requirements for contracts with current and potential clients
  • Developing and verifying framework service contracts
  • Ongoing updating and verification of existing agreements and documents
  • Issuing and substantively controlling invoices related to the provision of services
  • Continuous monitoring of the invoicing process and the timeliness of sales receipts
  • Continuous collaboration with client representatives and external entities within the framework of existing agreements
  • Continuously strive to improve Customer Relations with efficient & prompt service, using own initiative to resolve complex issues
  • Proactively looks for better ways of working in order to ensure we provide best service to our customers
  • Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Logistics and Production departments to monitor customer requirements throughout the order process, advising Customers & Sales of any change and provide alternatives solutions to meet customer requests
  • Manage Customer complaints
  • Maintain Customer Service Processes, standard and key deliverables to support customer centric organization
  • Partner with all functional areas to ensure best customer experience
