Chapter Lead Service Operation Manager
Your responsibilities
- Modernize IT architecture to transition to the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Automate and streamline processes using DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Ensure compliance with security requirements and standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2)
- Manage cloud services to guarantee high availability and end-user support
Our requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing large teams (100+ members)
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, public cloud infrastructure, and middleware platforms; understanding of cloud services and related technologies is essential
- Experience working in agile environments (preferably SAFe) and familiarity with both vertical (service-oriented) and horizontal (function-oriented) team structures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
