Responsibilities
We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our Central European team (Sales Partnerships). The CS team are trusted advocates connecting key stakeholders, providing inspiration and insights, driving collaboration that translate into long term client partnerships and growth We are responsible for the day to day relationship and for ensuring success of advertiser investment. As trusted partners, we proactively advise our clients of opportunities and solutions to exceed their expectations, securing future investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
  2. Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
  3. Manage custom programs or sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time.
  4. Kick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization.
  5. Increase spend & product adoption across clients within your vertical.
  6. Serve as a product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership.
  7. Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams, support the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners.
  8. Investigate and work directly with international product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
  9. Work with the campaign execution team to ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate as well as being responsible for the reporting of and optimisation of campaigns.
  10. Aid the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately helping to grow existing businesses, helping the team manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners).
  11. Build scalable processes for our growing teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and/or ad tech product.
  2. Experience managing brand advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges across full funnel objectives.
  3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ideally additional languages.
  4. Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience working across multi markets.
  2. Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social and entertainment media.
  3. Experience managing performance campaigns.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, Events API, etc).
  5. Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
  6. Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams.
  7. Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills.
