We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our team at TN Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

About the Role:

  • CONDUCT CUSTOMER NEEDS ANALYSIS: Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • DEVELOP SOLUTION PROPOSALS: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and propose customized solutions that address customer pain points.
  • IMPLEMENT AND DELIVER: Execute and deliver customized solutions to ensure timely and effective implementation.
  • MONITOR AND REPORT: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future solution development.

Requirements:

  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD: 5+ years of experience in client solutions management, sales, or a related field.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial management, market analysis, and strategic planning.
  • CUSTOMER FOCUS: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client satisfaction.
