Freight Forwarding Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Sales Professional to join our team at Human4Human Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and developing business relationships with key partners in the freight forwarding industry.

Your primary objective will be to implement sales strategies for freight forwarding services, including ocean, air, rail, and land transport, as well as customs clearance for export and import. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitive actions and market trends, conducting negotiations, and preparing offers for clients interested in container, LCL, bulk, and oversized transport.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of experience in selling transport services, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You will also need to be fluent in English and have a Category B driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing sales strategies for freight forwarding services
  • Developing business and achieving sales goals in the B2B channel
  • Ensuring high-quality services are provided to customers
  • Monitoring competitive actions and market trends
  • Conducting negotiations and preparing offers for clients
  • Building and managing a new sales team

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in managing sales teams
  • Proven experience in selling transport services
  • Fluent English
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Category B driving license
