We are looking for an ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and acquiring new clients, growing revenue, and developing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cold outreach to potential leads and entering them into our database.
  2. Outreach to potential clients through various channels, including email and phone calls.
  3. Lead qualification, establishing contact, identifying needs, and initial presentation of our services.
  4. Transfer of interested leads to our partner relations manager or closing deals independently with bonus motivation.

  3. Timely salary payment in euros, providing financial stability.

Compensation: 1500 - 2000 EUR gross + bonuses

Requirements:
  1. At least two years of experience in sales and/or lead generation.
  2. Availability of interesting work cases for closing deals.
  3. Experience with email campaigns, Sales Navigator, and other tools.
  4. Knowledge of basic sales processes and stages; ability to analyze audience needs; strong skills in identifying needs and reframing negative statements.
  5. Ability to analyze the market and competitors; find best sales practices of competitors and implement them; develop approaches to enhance own results.
  6. Upper intermediate knowledge of English.
  7. Ability to broadly view set goals and find creative solutions to achieve them.
