Administrative Assistant in Human Resources and Corporate Services Division

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources and Corporate Services Division. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in HR procedures, analyze data in HR payroll systems, and monitor functional mailboxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in HR procedures
  • Analyze data in HR payroll systems
  • Monitor functional mailboxes and communicate with internal and external parties
  • Carry out HR payroll data entry and support administration and monitoring of HR databases
  • Assist in the preparation of statistical data
  • Support in drafting notes, letters, reports, and follow-ups on documents
  • Support in preparation of internal trainings
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as archiving, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Assist in the organization of online and physical meetings and drafting minutes as necessary

Requirements:

  • Education: successfully completed secondary education related to business needs
  • Work experience: at least 1 year of professional experience in the specific area depending on business needs
  • Computer skills: very good skills in main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Language skills: very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2) / knowledge of additional EU language
