Strategic Account Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead our On-Demand business in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our On-Demand business by prioritizing top accounts, identifying solutions, and developing action plans to target and pitch them.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize top accounts in each country and develop an action plan to target and pitch them
- Build proposals and lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working partnership
- Act as the bridge between the local AM team and On-Demand HQ
- Manage the activation and onboarding of partners during the implementation phase
- Own the relationship with the partner for everything related to the On-Demand solution
- Coordinate financial control and profitability, operational needs, and necessary tech developments/adaptations
- Share feedback from partners with product and operations teams to generate improvements
- Monitor financials in the country: pricing strategy, implementation costs, and continuous profitability
