Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a creative, innovative team player with strong interpersonal skills. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service, build positive relationships, and resolve issues efficiently. You will also work closely with external branches and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have native or proficiency-level Slovak language skills, excellent knowledge of English, and higher education. Previous experience in customer service is desirable, but not necessary. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of MS Office and a positive attitude.
