Customer Support Role at XTB:
As a member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Requirements:
* Native or proficiency-level Slovak language skills
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Higher education
* Previous experience in customer service (desirable)
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office
