About This Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our business development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing leads and campaigns, analyzing data, and enabling the sales team. Your work will focus on research, data gathering, and supporting the execution of multichannel outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research to identify companies matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and key decision-makers matching our buyer personas
• Support campaigns execution but also build your own campaigns gradually, mainly through email channel
• Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM (Hubspot) to streamline your work
