Job Summary
- We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including campaign planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Oversee project execution, including coordination with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production, to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, invoice coordination, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in managing marketing projects or 4-6 years of experience in customer service or post-production in an advertising agency.
- Experience in localizing TV campaigns and digital campaigns or e-commerce.
- Ability to manage and control project budgets.
- Sense of responsibility for the entrusted category.
- Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure.
- Ability to resolve conflict through diplomacy, empathy, and understanding.
- Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers.
- Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Conscientiousness, meticulousness, commitment to projects, motivation for self-improvement, and self-development.
- Skills in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create and conduct presentations, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Excellent time and work organization.
- Very good command of the English and Polish languages in speech and writing.
- Ability to work within agreed processes and work standards.
