Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target HR teams of multinational corporations.
- Build strong relationships with HR professionals and establish trust with our clients.
- Identify new opportunities to expand our footprint within corporate HR networks.
- Adjust our value proposition to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client support.
You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our corporate solutions meet the needs of our clients and their employees.
Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for innovation and customer-centric problem-solving.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly with HR teams or corporate accounts.
- Well-developed network within the HR community.
- Deep understanding of the HR landscape, with strong insight into the needs and challenges faced by Compensation & Benefits teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear, compelling way.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
