Job DescriptionAs an IT Service Delivery Associate at Wipro Technologies, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional IT support to our clients. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM tools, as well as experience working with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Proficiency in Dutch language at B2 level and English language at B2 level.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
