Sales and Customer Success Consultant

This role is based in Cracow (with 2 days on-site and 3 remotely) and involves B2B cooperation via Hays Poland. The length of the contract is 12 months, and the start date is ASAP.
What We Expect from You
• A very good understanding of the D365 CRM online platform, focusing on the Customer Service module
• Sound practical experience with maintenance and customization of the M365 CRM Customer Service Module
• High commitment and taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Fluent English; communicative German is an asset
